Our Building Department is led by Trevor Meyer, a Cape Cod construction expert, who's roots in the construction industry date back to the homes designed by his father, Donald more than 30 years ago. Born and raised on the Cape, Trevor has overseen and driven residential and commercial construction projects for the last 15 + years, with a resume including on-site management, cost control, and scheduling every detail of the project. From acquiring all necessary approvals and permits, choosing the best quality construction materials down to the selection of kitchen faucets, he prides himself on attention to detail, bringing client’s visions to fruition and exceeding expectations. As former President of the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod, Trevor is actively engaged in the Cape Cod construction industry and has the expertise to get your project done smoothly and efficiently.
