We are in need of an experienced Journeyman Carpenter with the following experience:


    • Responsible for understanding and implementing the scope of work guidelines and programs in daily activities
    • Oversee, manage and document all day-to-day job site activities 
    • Communicate issues, events, performance and progress daily to appropriate Supervisor(s)
    • Report any problems promptly to appropriate Supervisor(s) to facilitate the most cost-effective solutions 
    • Establish effective working relationships with employees and clients as necessary
    • Request advice and assistance from appropriate management on matters pertaining to materials, sequencing, scheduling and personnel Project Start-Up/Turnover Meeting
    • Ensure that work performed is consistent with the contract and will meet or exceed client expectations and Company standards
    • Ensure that all pertinent benchmarks for the project are established and inserted the baseline schedule
    • Organize all project documentation of the job site for easy access and review according to company standards
    • Work with management to identify and resolve manpower issues and construction changes/issues
    • Attend staff/subcontractor meetings and any others necessary to monitor and manage project and team progress
    • Complete daily reports and maintains logs of key activities, files and shop drawings
    • Maintain required safety reporting as necessary


    • Valid driver’s license
    • Ability to use a wide variety of carpentry tools and techniques
    • Ability to interpret blueprints
    • Must be punctual, reliable and possess a strong work ethic with excellent customer service skills
    • Must pass a CORi background check
