We had to rebuild an older home left to us by our parents. The home had some tricky issues since it was near wetlands. Trevor Meyer was the product manager and facilitated the work with the subcontractors, negotiating with the town boards and selecting the best local workers from excavation to selection of window treatments. He was responsive and easy to get hold of, professional and always available to provide guidance and assistance. He followed up with the subcontractors to make sure that the work was up to par. There were no cost overages and the building was finished on time.

We have had other home/business construction projects and this was by far the most seamless and easiest one we have undertaken. Although there were certainly challenging issues, like the site work, delays on products, and local personalities, Trevor Meyer helped us through the process. The end result was a quality home. Many friends and family have commented on the excellent workmanship. The house is solid and also has some beautiful hand crafted details. We wanted the house to be energy efficient and Trevor directed us to the best heating/AC/water heating products. Trevor also worked with us to get solar panels. In the year that they have been functioning, we have not only had no electric costs but actually made money selling back the extra electricity.

We unconditionally recommend Trevor to assist in any construction project you may have. He is personable, professional and responsive. He knows the industry and was extremely helpful in guiding us to the best local contractors and products. We plan on continuing to use him for additional projects at our home.
